Over het werk

As a customer service employee, you are busy with various activities throughout the day. You have strong communication skills. You are responsible for ensuring that everything between the customers, the factory and the buyers runs smoothly. By gaining knowledge of the products and getting to know your customers better, you provide appropriate advice while you continue to process orders and requests. You also ensure that existing customers remain customers by invoicing on time, checking whether everything went well and handling any complaints in a friendly manner. There is currently a specific demand within this organization for customer-friendly and commercial talents with a fluent command of the English language.

It is possible for this position to work from home for two days a week!

• Several years of commercial experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of the English language in word and writing you communicate with the British market;
