We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead our welcoming front-of-house team at Kimpton De Witt. You set the tone for exceptional guest experiences by guiding and supporting the Front Desk team. With strong leadership, operational insight, and a passion for hospitality, you ensure smooth daily operations and inspire your colleagues to deliver service that makes every guest feel at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and motivate the Front Desk team to deliver warm, professional service to every guest.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Act as the go-to person for escalated guest inquiries, delivering solutions with confidence and care.
• Maintain a perfectly organized and welcoming front desk environment, setting high standards for presentation and service.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Support training and development of team members, fostering growth and consistency in service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating extraordinary guest experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
