We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team at Pulitzer Amsterdam. During the night shift, you play a key role in ensuring smooth hotel operations and a welcoming, secure environment for our guests. With a calm mindset, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach, you ensure that both guests and administration are handled with care and precision.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Act as the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests during the night, assisting with questions and requests related to their stay.
• Manage all Front Office operations throughout the night shift, ensuring a professional and seamless guest experience.
• Complete the financial closure of the day in the PMS system, carefully reviewing all transactions and administrative procedures from the previous day.
• Handle guest complaints, operational issues, and emergency situations during the night, following established SOPs and procedures.
• Serve as the main point of coordination between departments during night hours, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Support other departments when business levels require, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the hotel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to work night shifts (22:45 – 07:00), including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in night shifts and/or Front Office roles within a hotel environment.
• Physically capable of standing for an entire shift and lifting equipment such as suitcases or vacuum cleaners when required.
• Experience working with a Front Office PMS system; experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• A calm, responsible, and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are preferred.
