In this versatile role, you are responsible for three crucial domains within our organization: quality, safety, and facility management. You ensure that processes not only run smoothly but continuously improve. When it comes to quality, you develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and process instructions. You lead audits and inspections, monitor key KPIs such as PPM and LPM, and take action when deviations, customer complaints, or product defects arise. Based on your analyses, you initiate targeted improvement actions and coordinate projects that promote a culture of continuous improvement. You also train colleagues in quality awareness and manage the E-Quality documentation system to keep everything current and accessible.

Up until the RI&E (Risk Inventory & Evaluation) inspection, you are also responsible for workplace safety. You conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits, draft and maintain protocols, and ensure they comply with current laws and regulations. You inform employees about their rights and responsibilities regarding safety, investigate incidents, and work proactively to prevent recurrence. You also assist in handling insurance claims and work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.

Facility management is also part of your responsibilities. You manage the daily maintenance of buildings and facilities based on maintenance plans and ad-hoc needs. You organize an efficient division of tasks within the team, manage supplier contracts, and monitor both cost and quality. Additionally, you coordinate facility projects such as renovations or expansions, carefully managing budgets and timelines.
