As Regional Groups & Events Specialist, you will have the best of both worlds: working across two iconic hotels in the heart of Amsterdam. You’ll be the spider in the web for all group and event requests, from private dinners and multi-day conferences to large room blocks. No day is the same, and you’ll collaborate with enthusiastic teams to make every event a success.

Your Role:

• Be the first point of contact for guests who want to organise events, meetings, multi-day conferences or private dinners at Kimpton De Witt and Pulitzer Amsterdam.
• Handle requests for large room blocks and discuss possibilities to create the best group experience.
• Prepare quotations and event scripts, ensuring clear internal communication.
• Schedule and conduct venue tours to inform and enthuse guests.
• Liaise closely with F&B outlets and Front of House teams, initiating internal meetings when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with guests before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role within hospitality or events.
• Personality: Energetic, passionate, and spontaneous – you bring positive vibes to every interaction.
• Skills: Strong communication in English (Dutch preferred), solution-oriented mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy: Knowledge of Opera and Salesforce is a plus.
• Network builder: You approach guests personally and maintain long-term relationships.
