As a Regional Trainee you will work for both Amsterdam-based Lore Group hotels - Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt.

Qualifications:

  • You are currently attending school and looking for an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the Hotel Industry
  • Your internship lasts at least 5 months on a full-time basis
  • Posses strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
  • An individual with a real guest and service-oriented mindset

Location: Amsterdam

Compensation: €800 per month

Current open internships for 2026:

People & Culture or Recruitment Internship (5 months or more)

  • People & Culture Internship: Join our People & Culture team to learn about talent People & Culture operations and practices in the hospitality industry. Assist in all daily operational tasks, organizing employee events and managing administrative Human Resources processes.
  • Recruitment Internship: Join our recruitment team to learn about talent acquisition strategies and practices in the hospitality industry. Assist in screening profiles,, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Finance Internship (5 months or more)

  • Gain practical experience in finance within our organization. You will work alongside our finance team, assisting in various financial tasks and gaining insight into the financial operations of a hospitality business.

PR Internship (5 months or more)

  • Join our PR team to learn about strategic communication and public relations in the hospitality industry. Assist in crafting press releases, managing media relations, and supporting PR campaigns to promote our hotels. Gain hands-on experience in influencer collaborations and brand storytelling.

Marketing Internship (5 months or more)

  • Marketing Internship: Join our Marketing team to support brand campaigns and activations for Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt. Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and creating marketing materials. Learn about campaign management and brand positioning in luxury hospitality.
  • Social Media Internship: Help shape the online presence of Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt. Create engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, collaborate with influencers, and bring our hotel stories to life through digital creativity. Gain practical experience in content creation and social media strategy.

Sales Internship (5 months or more)

  • Delve into the world of sales and work closely with our sales team to identify leads, develop sales strategies, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Events Internship (5 months or more)

  • Become an integral part of our events team and assist in planning and coordinating various events hosted at our establishment. Gain hands-on experience in event management, logistics, and customer service.

Revenue & Reservations Internship (5 months or more)

  • Join our Revenue & Reservations team to optimize revenue through pricing strategies and market analysis. Gain hands-on experience with guest interactions, reservations, and aligning strategies across departments to achieve revenue goals.
