Loading and unloading containers is physical work. Employees need to make sure the container is loaded or unloaded on time. This is done manually and can be anything. The weights differ per container and per project. The average maximum weight is 25 kilos.

This positions is for various nationalities, the positions are specific to men because of the physically demanding work. Level of English language is important because of mutual communication, safety and work instructions.

After every 3 months employees are having evaluation speech with Project Managers which gives possibilities to earn bonuses.

Managers evaluate an employee based on their behavior in our locations and performance at work.  

If job ends at one project, employee can go to another project to make sure he works enough amount of hours. So location depends on project.

• Contract: 6 months (possible extention)
• Salary  € 1.570,20  gross / 4weeks (160h) with possibility extra hours
• Advanced payment (if requested): 75 EUR/week (deducted later from the salary)
• 50 EUR/week – accommodation cost (deducted from salary)
• 98 EUR – insurance cost(deducted from salary)
• Transport to/from work: By cars, no costs for the employee.

If the employee has a driving license there is also possibility to have company car (however this is something what is decided by project managers). If we provide company car, employee can use 50km/week for the private usage.
